A well-established and fast-expanding strategic research consultancy is looking for a new HR Business Partner to join their busy and thriving London offices. The company provide a range of marketing services for high profile clients across a wide breadth of market sectors. The role is part-time with very flexible working hours with the opportunity to shape these as desired. (e.g. 3/4 days per week full time, 5 days reduced hours)

The role will be exciting, challenging and varied reporting into the Managing Director. Responsibilities will be diverse and will include, but not limited to:

  • Strategy and reporting duties- advice and assistance on policies, legislation, HR reporting and development of the HR structure
  • Running the recruitment process, including engaging with agencies, sourcing and interviewing
  • Performance management including arranging appraisals, coaching and training
  • Taking charge of the training and development strategy – managing the induction process and training analysis
  • Relations with international offices to give guidance on HR issues
  • HR system training for new employees
  • Advice on remuneration and ensuring benefits packages are comprehensive and competitive

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
 

  • IT literate – confident use of Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • HR qualification – degree or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous relevant experience in HR ideally within Professional Services or Marketing
  • Knowledge of employment law
